Tripartite MOU between the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT), China Council for Promotion of International Trade-Commercial Sub Council(CCPIT-CSC) and Malaysian Service Providers Confederation (MSPC)

A further step to boost gobal mobility for technical service providers was established with the tripartite MOU between the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT), China Council for Promotion of International Trade-Commercial Sub Council(CCPIT-CSC) and Malaysian Service Providers Confederation(MSPC) at 9.30am(GMT) on Wednesday, 25 March 2024.

The parties agreed to:
1) Promote mutual recognition in the field of education standards, professional and vocational;
2) Issue and facilitate the registration of graduate technologists or qualified technicians in Malaysia;
3) Accreditation of technology and technical programs at higher education providers;
4) Develop and certify levels of professional skills framework and courses;
5) Provide consultancy and conducting conformity assessments and related areas.

The success and experience of such collaboration can be duplicated by AETDEW and promoted to other countries in the developing world.
