A Zoom meeting was held on 13 March 2025 to discuss the Sustainable Energy for Big Data Centres Training Course. AETDEW Fellow Professor Haoyong offers 4 to 5 experts from Guangzhou and Hong Kong and Xian to conduct the training course for 50 participants from Malaysia and ASEAN.
AETDEW Fellow Professor David Chuah, President Southern University College Johor Bahru will organise the training course in his Southern University College and get all Big Data Centres in Johor to support the training course including Johor State Government.

UNESCO International Science Technology and Innovation Centre for South-South Cooperation ISTIC has agreed to be a partner.
ISTIC has been holding “Big Data Manager Training Course”, with the UNESCO International Knowledge Centre for Engineering and Technology IKCEST of the Chinese Academy of Engineering CAE for several years. Last year the training course was held in Xian China in the Xian Jiaotong University. This year it will be held in Malaysia hosted by ISTIC. Suggestion has been made to ISTIC to hold the training course with trainers from Xian Jiatong University in Johor Bahru in the Autumn 2025.
